“Looking for a QuickBook Report that will list all journal entries made this year. Can anyone provide a step by step guide?”

To create a report that shows all journal entries made this year simply do the following:

1. Open the Reports menu and select the Custom Transaction Detail Report.

2. On the Display tab, select the Dates drop-down menu and choose This Fiscal Year-to-Date.

3. Then select the Sort by drop-down menu and choose Date.

4. On the Filters tab, go to the Choose Filter list and select Transaction Type.

5. In the Transaction Type drop-down menu select Journal.

6. If you like you can click on the Header/Footer tab and rename the report using the Report Title field.

7. Click OK
